Summary
Control Direction Pty. Ltd. was founded in 2010 as a specialised Electrical and Automation engineering firm. Initially servicing clients who used Process Control and SCADA Control Systems these completions led to rapid growth and the opportunity to deliver advanced electrical engineering and automation solutions. Today we design, develop, engineer and implement industrial scale electrical integration projects and solutions in the Power Generation, Fuel Processing and Mining Industries.
Total Commitment to Safety
Since 2010 our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) has been used to manage organisational safety. It is based on AS4801. As many environmental controls are linked to safety we also have key environmental management processes integrated into this system. Our system is audited by an independent external party annually. This approach has helped us keep our field Loss Time Injuries (LTI) at zero since the company commenced operations in 2010.
Our Business Model
Our business approach is to focus on a smaller number of clients who have ongoing requirements for our services. This approach allows us to become a meaningful part of client business, as opposed to only transactional. Although based in Australia with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne, Control Direction delivers assignments nationally and overseas.
